Licensing Policy

Every drawing, worksheet and prompt card on pencilcamp.com is original work made for this site and is protected by copyright. This page sets out what you can do with the files for free, and what needs permission.

You can, at no cost

• Download and print any worksheet for personal or family use, as often as you like.
• Print copies for a classroom, homeschool group, library, after school club, tutoring session or therapy practice, as many as your group needs, every year.
• Show a sheet on a whiteboard or projector, and pin printed sheets up on a classroom wall.
• Link to any page of the site from Google Classroom, Seesaw, a class blog, a school website, a newsletter or social media.
• Keep what the child draws. A drawing made on one of our sheets belongs to the person who drew it: colour it, frame it, display it or give it away.

You cannot

• Sell the sheets or the drawings, or include them in paid packs, bundles, subscriptions or printables shops.
• Upload the PDFs or the drawings to other websites, marketplaces such as TpT or Etsy, print on demand services or file sharing sites. Share a link to the page instead.
• Remove or crop out the pencilcamp.com footer printed on each sheet.
• Present the drawings or sheets as your own work, or republish them under another name.
• Use the drawings or the text to train or fine tune machine learning models.

Attribution

You do not need to credit us on printed copies; the footer on each sheet is enough. If you mention the site in a blog post, a resource list or a school newsletter, a link to pencilcamp.com is welcome.

Anything else

For a use that is not covered here, such as a printed book, a commercial course or a translation, contact us first and describe what you have in mind.
